Places We Ship To: The Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Shipping Charges: Due to the increasing charges for shipping, all Continental US orders have a minimum shipping charge of $10.00, and are shipped via UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is set at $22.50. Alaska & Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and Canada orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping is determined by the order total, and where your order is being shipped to, not the billing address. Don't forget to select your state in the shipping estimator. Canada orders, just select Canada from the Country selector. Do not select a incorrect state/country to try to get a better shipping price, as your order will be cancelled.

Military Addresses and PO Boxes: These types of addresses are not recommended. Please use a physical address. If you cannot have items shipped to your physical address, or have a overseas military address, please E-mail us first! Just let us know what your looking to order, and the address you want it shipped to. We will determine if we can ship your order, and if there will be any additional shipping charges.

Tariffs, Duties, and Custom Charges: Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs or customs charges for shipping outside the Continental US, such as Canadian orders. Anyone attempting to default on these these charges, will be charged for them.

Express Delivery: May be available in your area for an additional charge. Please e-mail us what you want express delivered (make sure to include the shipping address), and we will quote you the total price for your order.

Multiple packages: Since we pride ourselves in preventing damage during shipping, your order may be sent in multiple packages. Because of the high volume processing that shipping companies do, your packages may also become separated, and be delivered on different days. We have no control over this, and apologize for any inconvience this may have upon you.

***Please Remember: During holiday seasons, shipping may take longer than usual, and that items may become backordered quickly. Just remember to order early, not the last minute.

Items Damaged While Shipping: When you receive your order, please inspect the packaging, and items for damage, so it can be marked on the bill of lading when you sign for it. Make sure the number of cartons listed on the Bill of Lading is correct. If the driver has already left or delivered the package while your away, and you discover damaged or missing cartons, do not throw anything away! Contact the freight carrier immediately, and file a claim. Most shipping companies will not accept claims after 15 days of delivery.
The shipping company may want to send out an inspector to inspect the damage, and confirm a claim. We will not be held responsible for damages caused by the freight carrier, or delivered packages that are stolen. If you realize that someone might not be around when your order is going to be delivered, you may want call the shipping company and make arrangements to deliver at another time.

***Please Note: Sometimes a shipping company will put a package "out of sight", to help prevent a package from being stolen. If you cannot find your package, you may want to call the shipping company to check and see if this is the case. UPS is notorious for this!

Our Return Policy: We go to great lengths to find special deals for our customers, so we sometimes buy discontinued, closeout products, or overstocked items. Because of this, we do follow a strict return policy. Only unopened / unused products in undamaged condition may be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not reimbursed. Reimbursement is made by Paypal, unless the customer requests a company check.

Items with Manufactures Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, please see your guarantee / packaging sent with the item, from the manufacturer. You must contact the manufacturer firsrt, in accordance to their guarantee. If after trying this, you are unsuccessful in getting a replacement item, please contact us, and we will try to get a replacement item. No returns will be accepted without return authorization first.

We also do our best to ensure that our pricing, product availability, and item descriptions are accurate, and up-to-date. Omissions and typographical errors do occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct and change these errors without prior notice.
